Refund policy

Due to the nature of tobacco products, opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
